It may not work for everyone, but 3 different people did email this to me. So apparently it’s working for a bunch of you. I’ve seen this offer come and go with different codes. Pretty simple:
- Go to www.offer.citibank.com
- Enter code DON42OQL3X (One email had a zero instead of an “o” before the “Q.” Try both ways, if necessary).
- Open a CitiGold account.
- Within 60 days, do 2 things – A Bill Pay for 2 consecutive months. Spend $750 with the debit card.
- Collect 30,000 American miles.
The catch is that they charge $30 a month for this account unless you’re a CPA, an attorney, or have $50,000 in it. But I was told the fee is waived for the first couple months. If you do your bill pays and spend the $750 quickly, you should be able to collect the miles and close the account before paying more than a couple of $30 fees.
