Funny how the universe works. Southwest points get a little worse. And, on the same day, British gets better. Those two “currencies” are, by far, my favorite ways to book domestic flights. But a major pain has always been the ridiculously bad British Airways website. I’ve spent too many hours of my life talking to people who sound like this rather than being able to book on the site. Well, the times they might be changing. I just had a great experience. Domestic US Airways flights are now bookable on britishairways.com. And the flights look like they’re actually showing up as they’re supposed to. I just booked 2 of them with no issues. And without a phone call. Nice job, British…Michael Caine would be proud!
