Uber just brought back a free $30 ride for new users for a limited time. I think most of you have probably signed up already. If not, I’m a big fan of these guys. Haven’t written an Uber post in a while, so here’s what I think:
- Free money is good.
- The app couldn’t be easier to use.
- I’ve only ridden in 2 taxis since I learned about these guys. Taxis suck.
- UberX is a lot cheaper, so it’s usually what I choose.
- Even though Uber is 457 times better than taxis, it isn’t perfect.
- By biggest pet peeve with them is cell phone use by drivers.
- I’ve reported that in my ratings every time it happened. I got almost instant responses.
