Southwest Match

I could have sworn I posted this on Friday. Then again, in the last month I’ve:

  • Left my car running without knowing it
  • Not realized the stove was still on
  • Searched for sunglasses that were around my neck

The point? I’m old. And also possibly an idiot. So let’s try this again…

Match your airline status to get A-List from Southwest. This is for 90 days so you’ll want to time it appropriately (says the guy who can’t operate a stove). You can extend it a year by taking a few flights. Check out the link while I try to figure out where I put my damn sunglasses…

 

Hilton Match

Reader Anthony shared that Hilton’s status match is now good for almost 2 years (through the end of March 2020). That’s if you meet the qualifying number of stays (it’s good for 90 days otherwise). For the right person, this is obviously worth looking at. Have a great weekend, nerds!

As Southwest sales go, this is already a good one. But why not help the price even more? You can buy discounted Southwest gift cards here to bring it down another 10%.

(Even if I’m not looking for new flights, I check the fares on previously booked ones to potentially save a few bucks)

Pay Over Time

I heard from 3 people last week who saw a very nice surprise waiting in their Amex Offers. It was the easiest 10,000 points around (for spending 5 seconds to enroll in “Pay Over Time”).
