For those ok with buying miles/points, there are a few promos right now:
- Hyatt – Up to 40% bonus if Platinum/Diamond members (if you have a Hyatt credit card, you should have Platinum status).
- US Airways – Targeted offer for 100% bonus on purchased miles.
- British Airways – Up to 30% bonus on purchased points.
- Citi Thank You – Pay 2.5 cents per point.
I put these in order from best to worst. As always, they are most useful if you have a specific trip in mind and are short of your goal. Personally, I’m still passing on all of them. Stubborn mules like me don’t like paying for points. It ruins the fun.
