I recently spent a week in San Antonio and Austin. I didn’t have the highest of hopes, considering I’ve been to so many “fancier” places in my life. I’m usually a beach resort kind of guy, and Texas is far from a beach resort place. Well, sometimes you get surprised. I loved it there (especially Austin) and I probably haven’t met more friendly people anywhere in the world. Since I get so many requests to post when I travel, here’s some pictures from my week. No out-of-pocket cost for the flight or hotels, of course!
