“Hmm, seems like you can buy Alaska miles if booking awards for a penny each. Haven’t seen this covered yet, but was searching Alaska to buy a gift cert to use my Amex offer of $75 on $300 purchase. Looked at 3 round trip awards for the family. The total came to 60,000 miles plus $33, but it gave me an offer of 30,000 miles plus $333. Now if only I really wanted to use my AS miles and not Avios for that award ;)”
